Interstitial heterochromatic markings evidenced in long arms of pairs 1, 4, 5 (m), 19 (sm), in short arms of pair 13 (m), and were only centromeric in pairs 10, 11 and 12 (m) and 21 (sm). AgNORs were all C-band positive and located in the terminal portions of the chromosomes. |
